Is it the weather? Is it an obscure music reference? Is it the mama? yes, yes, and YES!
We did this very rockin’, very cool photo session on historic Route 66 in downtown Albuquerque. We romped around in the shade at the famous Hiland theater and then stopped by the famous Route 66 Diner. The daddy had to go to to his bicycle shop and passed on the session, but we’re making arrangements to snag him some other time! (Think Rockabilly date night for mom and dad!)

P.S. Do you love this session? Do you think portraits should be art? Though I enjoy my job no matter what type of session it is, THIS is the type of session I live for! This hot mama understands that and has booked me on a couple occassions because what she looks for in a portrait is what I LOVE to do! I think if you’re going to hang a portait on your wall, it needs to be more than a snapshot. It needs to show the story that is you. It should reflect how you feel. It should tell others about who you are and what you love. It should be art.

Thank you SO much for doing our awesome shoot and completely running in the right direction with the idea I had. It’s exactly as I pictured it in my head, now I can’t wait to get it on my walls! It truly is art and how I see and feel myself inside.
Love how these turned out. Love the black and white against the turquoise. These turned out beautiful!!!!
First off, I have a beautiful family. Second, you do such an amazing job at showing that! You are so talented it’s ridiculous. Another fantastic job.
These are fabulous!
What a cute vintage session! My fave is the shot of the little girl with the balloons on that sea of white. Beautiful composition.
[...] of you both and wish you were still here so we could meet your new little guy! Plus you brought me Ms. M and her cute family who also love my style! [...]
